As a cleaning professional, you will have access to private businesses and receive security codes to many places. You must never share information about clients, their belongings, or their premises. Violation of client confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

Use of Company Equipment & Vehicles

The use of company equipment is a privilege and must be handled with professionalism and pono! Please see info below.

  • Company vehicles are for work-related travel only.

  • Company equipment (cleaning tools, phones, etc) are for work-related purposes only.

  • Report any damage to equipment or vehicles to your supervisor/manager immediately.

  • Do not loan or borrow company tools or equipment without approval.
